These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of Sleep Solutions digital books (the "Products"). By using the site or purchasing a Product, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational content — not medical advice
The Products provide general educational information about sleep. They are not medical advice, and they are not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or guidance from a qualified clinician. Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read in a Product. Where medicines or supplements are discussed, it is only to help you have a better-informed conversation with your clinician — never as a recommendation to self-medicate. If you experience any of the warning signs described in the books, or any urgent symptoms, seek professional care promptly.
2. Purchases, delivery, and refunds
Checkout, payment processing, applicable taxes, and file delivery are handled by Gumroad, acting as merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to Gumroad's own terms. Products are delivered as instant digital downloads (PDF and EPUB); nothing is shipped. If a Product isn't right for you, reply to your purchase receipt and we will make it right, including a refund where appropriate.
3. License
When you buy a Product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and read it on your own devices, and to print pages for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly post, sublicense, or share the files, in whole or in part, or use them to create derivative works for distribution. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Products, this website, and all their content (text, figures, covers, and design) are the property of Sleep Solutions and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.
5. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleep Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the site or the Products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product concerned.
